And then there was one...

day of school that is. Tomorrow is finally the last day of school. Wooo-hooo! (I have to go Wednesday too for work day, but that really doesn't count since I won't have any kids) I have no idea what the day will hold since we already had awards and field day last week. I'm thinking we will be seeing a lot of movie and recess time. The last day of school is always bittersweet. You are always glad to have some time off to relax and not have to schedule every minute of every day, but I am sad to see a lot of my kiddos move on (don't get me wrong, there are a few that I won't lose sleep about-they shall remain nameless).

Today also marked the end of baseball season (until summer baseball starts next week). I have actually grown to enjoy watching Jacob's teams play, but this year was not as enjoyable as the others, this season just seemed to go on and on and on. I am actually glad to see it end. I guess there is always next year!

This weekend we also went to my cousin Doug's graduation from North Decatur. It is hard to believe that my "little" cousins are all growing up and going to college. Good thing I'm not growing any older!

I hope you survived your last day of school. What movie(s) did you end up watching? I hope the weather was nice enough for you to let the kiddos run around outside for a while as well. Have a wonderful summer off! You've earned it!
